After you add an item to your shopping cart you will be able to view your calculated shipping costs.
Our recommended shipping method is UPS and we are proud to offer a variety of UPS and United States Postal Service options for your safe shipping.
All items ship from Coarsegold, CA 93614 Monday - Friday.
Shipping costs reflect actual shipping charge and materials, we do not charge a handling fee in an effort to keep shipping costs low.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to ship internationally but we regret that certain very fragile items cannot be shipped outside of the US. Your shopping cart will notify you of any item restrictions. While we would love to be able to ship to every location, certain countries are restricted do to individual postal policies. If you do not see your country listed please email us to discuss your specific location.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We regret that overnight shipping options are not available in our location. We encourage you to contact us regarding any deadlines and we will do our best to arrange accomodations to meet your needs.
How long does shipping take?
We ship packages in 1 - 2 business days of your order being placed. All packages ship Monday - Friday except for all observed UPS and postal holidays. Delivery times depend on your location. Generally speaking UPS Ground takes approximately 4 - 7 business days and USPS Priority Mail takes 3 - 5 business days.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Trust Territories
Yes, we're happy to ship to these locations but you must select USPS Priority Mail. Please select United States as the country and then select your trust territory from the list of states.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we will ship to PO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Do you ship to gift recipients?
Yes, we're happy to ship to your gift recipients. You'll find gift options during checkout. Be sure to enter your valid billing address for your order to be verified. View more about gift giving.

While we don't expect you to have the need to return your product, our return policy is listed below.
ALL RETURNS must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your package.
In case of damaged items please contact us immediately and save all items and original packing materials until you receive further instructions.
Other returns will be accepted less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items in originial condition. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
